The Hong Kong Film Development Council (FDC) and Create Hong Kong (CreateHK) organised a delegation, led by the Head of Create Hong Kong, Mr Victor Tsang, to participate in the 74th Berlin International Film Festival. The purpose of the delegation is to launch the Hong Kong-Europe-Asian Film Collaboration Funding Scheme and to bring Hong Kong filmmakers to explore for more collaboration opportunities with the like-minded players around the globe.
